  • COMMON DILL: Annual. Height: 70 cm. How to grow: Sow directly in place. Harvest: Leaves are picked from June to August. Use: To flavour food. Its taste is between fennel and peppermint. It is also used for vinegar and canned goods seasoning.
  • MENTHA SPICATA: Vivacious. Height: from 40 to 50 cm. Use: as a condiment in the kitchen, for making tea, mojitos and for medicinal use. Seeding: from February to June Culture: in seedbeds or in final location. Transplant them when the seedlings are 10 cm. high at 30 cm. of separation Harvest: from 3 months
  • SUMMER SAVORY: Annual. Height: 25 cm. How to grow: Sow directly from April to May. Clear out when plants are 15 cm. high. Flowering: From June to October. Use: Aromatic plant, very much fragrant used when cooking for sauces and as infusion for digestion.
  • Height: 25 cm. How to sow: Autumn-spring. Flowering: From May to August. It has purple flowers and leaves from 7-14 mm. long curling at the edges. Use: Edging plants in gardens, seasonings or for making balm water.
